In July and August dogs must be on leads in Moray Place Garden from 10am to 8pm. You are welcome to walk off leads in other gardens. Common sense can apply if the garden is clearly empty but if there are ANY other people or picnics the rule must be applied strictly. The rules will be reviewed annually
