Randolph Crescent Garden is owned by the proprietors of properties in Randolph Crescent and some in Great Stuart Street. It has its own committee, budget and set of rules. There is a longstanding contract between the proprietors and the Moray Feu Gardens Committee for the maintenance of the garden. A separate assessment is paid annually by these proprietors.
